2. Operating hours of the tennis courts shall be from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm all days of the week. Use of the courts for private affairs / tournaments shall require prior written authorization from the Ayala Alabang Village Association (AAVA).
3. All residents availing of the tennis court facilities should have with them at all times a valid residents identification card issued by the Ayala Alabang Village Association. Legitimate guest(s) of residents should be accompanied at all times by a resident with valid AAVA resident’s identification card. Use of the tennis facilities are subject to fees and other related charges. Residents always have priority over guests.
4. Use of the tennis court shall be on a first come first serve basis and shall be on an per hour on the hour basis. Order of occupancy / usage shall be determined by the logbook of the AAV tennis court supervisor. Enlistment or occupancy of courts by proxy / representative shall not be allowed. The clock on the tennis court rest house shall determine time of play. Players who have occupied / used the courts for the present hour cannot be accommodated on the succeeding hour except when there are no other players waiting. The players occupying the court for the hour have the prerogative of how they shall make use of the hour allotted to them.
5. All persons availing of the court must be in proper, acceptable and decent tennis apparel. Shoes or any footwear of any kind that would tend to damage the court shall be strictly prohibited within the fenced area of the tennis court.
